Does this require any work from our front desk or concierge team?

None. Guests enroll themselves through the Protellier app using their reservation confirmation number. There's nothing for your team to explain, set up, or manage. The first time most staff hear about it is when you mention the revenue share on a monthly report.

What if a guest's transaction doesn't get picked up?

We use Plaid's real-time card-network infrastructure, which captures the vast majority of card transactions. Missed transactions are rare, and we have a manual review process to address any that do fall through. Your revenue share is based only on confirmed, verified transactions.

How does the revenue share get calculated and paid?

Your hotel earns a percentage of the cashback value on every qualifying transaction made by your guests at partner businesses. At the end of each month, the total is calculated and paid automatically via ACH. You'll see a full breakdown in your dashboard before the payout.
